Fina
Fina is the healer of Final Fantasy Resonance, a girl who appears from the Earth Crystal remembering only her name; she is a Medic who joins in Chapter 1, the party member who summons its Espers, and is voiced by Lizzie Freeman in English and Akane Fujita in Japanese. Her second form, Archwitch Fina, is a separate party member from Chapter 5.
Fina is the third hero of Final Fantasy Resonance: a Medic who heals the party, summons its Espers and joins Rain and Lasswell in Chapter 1. In Square Enix's Tokyo Game Show trailer she says "I can't remember anything", then "Rain, Lasswell, we're going on an adventure, right?", as the three set off down a country road. Square Enix's profile describes "a mysterious girl who appears from the Earth Crystal" and "has lost all her memories except for her name": cheerful and pure-hearted, she excels in white magic and archery and can talk with Espers, but cannot remember where she learned any of it (RPG Site, Jun 13, 2026). Lizzie Freeman voices her in English and Akane Fujita in Japanese.

Stats and role
Fina has the highest Spirit of the eight party members in Game8's table of maximum stats, and more Magic than Rain or Lasswell (Game8, updated Oct 24, 2026):
| HP | MP | Strength | Stamina | Magic | Spirit | Speed |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| 4,958 | 586 | 300 | 310 | 451 | 544 | 319 |
Source: Game8, updated Oct 24, 2026.
Espers are summoned by Fina (Nintendo Everything, Oct 20, 2026); IGN's combat guide stresses that every character can use a Vision but only Fina an Esper. An Esper costs 50 MP, fights for three turns and leaves with a finisher (Game8). DualShockers ranks her fourth of eight and calls her essential unless someone else carries a Medic Vision.
Her Limit Bursts are Holy Ray (one bar, Light damage to all enemies that scales with Sanctity) and Radiant Restoration (two bars, revives every knocked-out ally) (Game8, read Oct 25, 2026).
Best Visions and builds
IGN's Vision guide keeps Fina a healer: pair her with Leah early, then swap to Ayaka, who arrives in Chapter 7 and is "better in almost every way", with stronger heals that add damage buffs, full-health revives and healing over time. The written guides split between healing and turning her into a caster:
- Game8 leads with Terra, whose Magic Boost makes her a reliable magic attacker and whose Sharp Mind raises the damage of multi-target spells used on one enemy. Alternatives: Tronn (stagger boosts, Half MP Cost), Onion Knight (elements she cannot otherwise learn), Firion (Arms Akimbo), Y'shtola (Magic Barrage), Shantotto (Meteor and Flare) and Ayaka to stay a healer (Game8, updated Oct 24, 2026).
- Destructoid picks Leah, Tronn or Terra (Destructoid, Oct 24, 2026).
- Game8's healer build, "safest" early: Leah with the Floral Arc, Spirit Veil, two Mage's Glasses and Healing Magic +30%, prioritizing Cure and Shell (Game8, updated Oct 21, 2026).
- For Siren at the end of Chapter 1, GameSpot puts Leah on Fina so she can still use Pray while Silenced (GameSpot, Oct 22, 2026).

Dialogue stat choice
At Siren's Tower in Chapter 1, Fina's dialogue choice gives a permanent MP +10, Stamina +3 or Spirit +3 (GameRant, Oct 23, 2026). Game8 prefers the MP.
Substory
Fina's substory, "Shimmering Reflections", starts by talking to her in Mysidia once Chapter 6 begins. It takes you to the Earth Shrine, to Siren at the top of Siren's Tower, then to Olderion and Lake Dorr, and rewards the Blessed Pendant with a permanent HP +100, MP +30, Spirit +30 and Magic +20 (RPG Site, Oct 22, 2026). In Chapter 6 the story also has her learn Holy, which clears a miasma and opens the way to Odin (PowerPyx, Oct 21, 2026). Her ultimate weapon, Elysium, is forged by Aileen (Crafting and Adamantite).
Archwitch Fina
Spoilers for Chapters 3 and 5 follow.
Fina's past is the story's central mystery. Shacknews says her history connects to the Sworn Six (Veritas), and the game opens with a prologue about an Archwitch in a chaotic war (The Outerhaven, Oct 20, 2026). She has a second form, Archwitch Fina, who becomes a separate, eighth party member: a Saboteur (debuffer) who joins for a while in Chapter 3 and for good in Chapter 5, after the events in the Arcane Library (Game8, updated Oct 24, 2026). Chapter 5 includes two parts of "Fina's Psyche" (RPG Site).
| HP | MP | Strength | Stamina | Magic | Spirit | Speed |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| 4,643 | 707 | 359 | 314 | 515 | 387 | 369 |

Her Limit Bursts are all Dark: Chaotic Convergence and Fel Meteor (all enemies) at one bar, Abyss Graviton at two (Game8). DualShockers ranks her seventh, a situational Dark debuffer whose best spells come late, and says running both Finas is redundant because only one Esper can be out at a time.
IGN's Vision guide builds her for damage: Terra's magic buffs and Sharp Mind make her main skill, Dystopia, hit hard however many enemies are left, and Sephiroth, hard to get, adds big physical and magic boosts, 40% critical rate and Legendary Soldier, which uses her highest attack and defense stats, so her debuff Queenly Wit also deals real damage. PowerPyx beat Ultima Weapon with Archwitch Fina carrying Shantotto and the Fire Birch (PowerPyx, Oct 21, 2026).
Her dialogue choice comes at the Research Center Ruins in Chapter 6: MP +10, Magic +3 or Spirit +3 (GameRant). Her substory, "Last Respite", opens in Grandshelt after Chapter 5, visits eastern Grandshelt, the Colosseum and the castle, and rewards the Moonlight Ring with HP +100, MP +30, Magic +30 and Strength +20 (RPG Site). Her ultimate weapon is Abyss.
