Final Fantasy Resonance is Square Enix's first HD-2D Final Fantasy, made with Lancarse: a turn-based RPG that retells the first season of the mobile game Final Fantasy Brave Exvius, rebuilt for consoles, released on Oct 22, 2026 for Nintendo Switch, Nintendo Switch 2, PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S and Windows. Rain, Lasswell, Fina and their companions cross the world of Lapis with Visions, echoes of heroes from across the series, at their side. This viki covers the walkthrough chapter by chapter, the party, the 26 Visions, the Espers, combat and builds, every boss and optional challenge, the achievements and trophies, the demo, editions and platforms, and every key paragraph plays the moment on YouTube that shows it.
Final Fantasy Resonance is Square Enix's first HD-2D Final Fantasy, made with Lancarse: a turn-based role-playing game that retells the first season of the mobile game Final Fantasy Brave Exvius, released worldwide on Oct 22, 2026 for Nintendo Switch, Nintendo Switch 2, PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S and Windows through Steam (Steam). Rain, a young knight of the Kingdom of Grandshelt, sets out with his childhood friend Lasswell and Fina, a girl who woke inside the Earth Crystal, to protect the world's Crystals from an armored band called the Sworn Six. Every party member carries a Vision, the echo of a hero from earlier Final Fantasy games such as Cloud, Terra or Noctis, which lends its abilities and its own cinematic attack. Square Enix calls it "Far from just a direct port": the story was rewritten, the world rebuilt with a world map and airship, and the mobile game's gacha and stamina systems removed (RPG Site, Jun 9, 2026; Kotaku, Sep 4, 2026). This viki covers the game from the first minute to Ultima Weapon: the Walkthrough, the Characters, all 26 Visions (PowerPyx), Combat, every boss and optional challenge, the Achievements and Trophies, and what each edition and platform gets you. The clip here is official boss footage IGN published on Jun 12, 2026: the turn order runs along the top of the screen, the party chooses its commands, and at 2:58 the boss is marked Staggered.

What it is
Square Enix's Pixel Trailer opens on the question behind the whole project, "What if Final Fantasy... had continued to push the limits of pixel art?", over a train station and a theater drawn as pixel sprites inside lit 3D scenes. Resonance is the first Final Fantasy in the HD-2D style Square Enix used for Octopath Traveler and the Dragon Quest remakes; the Japanese announcement names its technique "Cinematic Pixel", which renders 3D scenes as pixel art with a moving camera (4Gamer, Jun 10, 2026). Summons and the Visions' signature attacks switch to full 3D cutscenes, because, the team told Inven, a pixel Cloud did not look right in those moments (Inven Global, Sep 3, 2026).
It is neither a numbered entry nor a remake in the usual sense. The main story follows the first season of Brave Exvius, but producer Keisuke Nakashima told Automaton the scenario was "completely" rewritten for a console RPG: every line of dialogue revised, some events reordered, and all side quests new (Automaton, Jun 10, 2026). You do not need to have played the mobile game; see Brave Exvius Connection for what carried over and what changed.
The story set-up
The game opens in the Kingdom of Grandshelt, "the Kingdom of Knights", on the world of Lapis, where the Crystals protect the people; the Demo Trailer shows the castle town under the words "Explore the Kingdom of Grandshelt", then two figures on a terrace at night under the line "Without your help, the Crystal will be shattered" (Anime News Network, Jul 17, 2026). Rain, commander of an airship squadron, is sent with his deputy Lasswell to look into the weakening barrier at the Earth Shrine. There they meet Veritas of the Dark, an armored knight who beats them and shatters the Earth Crystal, then attacks Grandshelt itself; after saving the king, Rain and Lasswell leave with Fina, who emerged from the Crystal remembering nothing but her name, to protect the Crystals that remain (RPG Site, Jun 13, 2026).
The journey crosses the continents of Lapis by boat, train and airship: Dirnado, home of the airship-building city of Dilmagia; the Olderion Federation and its water capital; the militaristic Zoldaad Empire, which holds the Fire Crystal; and Mysidia, the city of mages said to hold the Ice Crystal (RPG Site, Jul 17, 2026; RPG Site, Aug 24, 2026). The Sworn Six of Paladia, six armored Veritas each tied to an element, are the enemies across all 8 chapters (Veritas, Story, World of Lapis). Reviewers note the main scenario is fully voiced, and a character at each town's entrance recaps the plot so far (GamingTrend, Oct 20, 2026).
The party
Eight characters join the party, each with a fixed role and a substory of their own (PowerPyx, Oct 21, 2026). Four fight at a time, and the whole roster levels together (Shacknews, Oct 20, 2026).
| Character | Role | Joins | Who they are |
|---|---|---|---|
| Rain | Sentinel | Start | Young knight and airship squadron commander, living in the shadow of his vanished father Raegen |
| Lasswell | Breaker | Start | Rain's deputy and childhood friend, raised by Rain's family; a swordsman who favors ice |
| Fina | Medic | Chapter 1 | Woke from the Earth Crystal; white magic, archery, and the one who calls the Espers |
| Lid | Commando | Chapter 2 | Airship engineer from Dirnado who fights beside Mechabo, the mechanical chocobo she built |
| Nichol | Synergist | Chapter 3 | Strategist of the Olderion Federation, heir to the Wardens of the Waters |
| Jake | Commando | Chapter 4 | Carefree leader of the rebels against the Zoldaad Empire, with luck-based gun skills |
| Sakura | Commando | Chapter 5 | A sage of Mysidia who looks young but may be very old |

The eighth member joins automatically in Chapter 5, and who it is is a story spoiler (PowerPyx, Oct 21, 2026); the Characters page names them behind a warning. Best Party and Builds covers which four to field.
Combat
Battles are turn-based, with no Active Time Battle gauge: a timeline across the top of the screen shows who acts next, allies and enemies alike, as the Official Gameplay Trailer shows under the words "Turn-based Battle System" before the party breaks a group of enemies and "Sweeping Stagger" fills the screen (RPG Site, Jun 13, 2026; Inven Global, Sep 3, 2026). Each enemy has a stagger gauge under its health. Hitting its weaknesses fills the gauge faster, and a full gauge staggers it: the enemy loses its turn, its defense drops, and the character who broke it gets a bonus action at the end of the turn. Stagger every enemy on the field in one turn, a Sweeping Stagger, and the whole party gets bonus actions, ending with a Resonance: the equipped Vision's own cinematic technique, one per Sweeping Stagger (RPG Site, Jun 13, 2026).
"Even the toughest foes have a weakness," producer Keisuke Nakashima says in his gameplay tips: exploiting it wears down the enemy until it staggers and you get extra turns, and on top of that come Limit Bursts, which he says the team staged with a dynamic camera for "cinematic appeal". A character's limit gauge fills as they stagger enemies or take damage; some Limit Bursts hit hard, others strengthen the party (RPG Site, Aug 24, 2026). Battles run at three speeds, and random encounters are announced by a minimap radar that turns from green to yellow to red (Inven Global, Sep 3, 2026).
Every party member has a permanent role: Commando, Medic, Sentinel, Breaker, Synergist or Saboteur, a set Worthplaying compares to Final Fantasy 13's (Worthplaying, Oct 20, 2026). Fina also summons the Espers, 9 in all, from Siren and Ramuh to Bahamut; an Esper costs 50 MP, fights for three turns and leaves with a finishing attack (RPG Site, Jun 13, 2026). Difficulty is Casual, Normal or Expert and can be changed at any time from the options (Game8, read Oct 25, 2026; Difficulty Settings). The full rules are on Combat.
Visions
Visions are the heart of the game's character building: each party member can be assigned one, "echoes of beloved Final Fantasy characters", Nakashima explains, and his example pairs Rain, who has no healing of his own, with the healer Vision Leah to gain her spells. There are 26 Visions. 17 are heroes of earlier games, from the Warrior of Light (Final Fantasy 1) to Clive (Final Fantasy 16), plus Y'shtola, Shantotto and Sephiroth; the other 9 are original characters such as the mages Tronn and Leah (PowerPyx, Oct 21, 2026; Worthplaying, Oct 20, 2026). Most of the legacy heroes wait in Sanctums of Light around the world, where a crystal asks three questions about the hero's own story; you get the Vision whatever you answer, and none can be missed (PowerPyx, Oct 21, 2026).
A Vision levels up while equipped, raising its Mastery Rank to a maximum of 9; mastered abilities can then be carried to other characters for AP, which reviewers liken to Final Fantasy 5's job system, while the permanent stat gains recall Final Fantasy 6's espers (PSU, Oct 20, 2026; Game Informer, Oct 20, 2026). Magicite, found in chests and dropped by the strongest monsters, awakens a Vision through three stages (RPG Site, Aug 24, 2026). Each party member can act as themselves or through their Vision on a turn, so a party of four plays like eight (The Outerhaven, Oct 20, 2026). See Visions for where each one is, Best Visions for the rankings, and Abilities, AP and Mastery Rank for the system.
The world and side content
Exploration is on foot, by chocobo and, from Chapter 5, by airship; the Pixel Trailer shows the party at a ship's rail, then a red airship crossing the sea past a snowy island on the world map, a lava field and a town under blossoming trees. The chocobo comes in Chapter 1 at the Village of Kol, and the airship at the start of Chapter 5, after which the world opens up (PowerPyx, Oct 21, 2026; Chocobo and Airship).
Gilgamesh, the multi-armed swordsman of Final Fantasy 5, crosses the party's path several times, as Square Enix's Gilgamesh Video shows: "Here's Gilgamesh, in the flesh!", battles against the party, and his cry of "Big bridge!" (Gilgamesh). The optional content around the story is broad (RPG Site, Aug 24, 2026; PowerPyx, Oct 21, 2026):
- the Colosseum in Grandshelt, four leagues of five battles, from Chapter 4;
- the Chamber of Arms and the 12 Legendary Arms, each won by beating the being sealed inside;
- 15 Cave Masters, guardians of caves who drop magicite, from level 15 to level 60 (PowerPyx);
- 99 Tablet Shards to trade with a princess at Oblivion Palace, and 8 Adamantite for Aileen's forge (PowerPyx; Crafting and Adamantite);
- Sephiroth, who can be found and fought for his Vision once you have the airship;
- Ultima Weapon, the hardest fight in the game, after the story, at level 70 with about 3.9 million HP.
Sephiroth's appearance was announced with the demo; in the Official Gameplay Trailer he asks "Shall I give you despair?" before fighting the party in a burning ruin (Game Informer, Sep 3, 2026). After the final chapter the whole map stays open to finish all of this; there is no New Game Plus (PowerPyx, Oct 21, 2026). The complete list of bosses is on Bosses, and Missables covers what can be lost.
Length
Square Enix puts the main story at "at least 30 hours, but perhaps as many as 40", without optional content (Siliconera, Oct 15, 2026). Famitsu's reviewers reportedly gave 20 to 30 hours for the story and about 70 for everything (GAMES.GG, Oct 15, 2026), and GameRant estimates 40 to 60 hours for the story (GameRant, Oct 22, 2026). See How Long to Beat.
Editions, platforms and the demo
The Standard Edition costs $49.99, €49.99 or £39.99 on Steam, and the Digital Deluxe Edition $59.99, €59.99 or £49.99; Deluxe adds the Magitek & Grimoire Deluxe Pack, including a magitek armor look for the chocobo and an item that unlocks a Fel Meteor Limit Burst (Steam, read Oct 25, 2026; Square Enix on Steam, Jun 9, 2026). The Collector's Edition, $209.99 from the Square Enix Store, adds collector's goods and a 120-track soundtrack CD (RPG Site, Oct 21, 2026). An early purchase bonus, the Squire Kickstart Pack, is still offered until Nov 6, 2026 on Steam (Steam). Every edition and deadline is on Release Date, Price and Editions.
Switch and Switch 2 are separate products: there is no upgrade pack and no save transfer between them (Nintendo, read Oct 24, 2026). The Switch 2 version runs at 60 frames per second against 30 on Switch (Nintendo Everything, Oct 21, 2026), and the PC version is Steam Deck Verified (GamingOnLinux, Jul 13, 2026). See Platform Differences and PC Requirements and Steam Deck. A free demo with the prologue and Chapter 1 has been out since Sep 3, 2026, and its save carries over to the full game on the same platform (Square Enix on Steam, Sep 3, 2026; Demo and Save Transfer). Square Enix says there are no plans for DLC (Kotaku, Sep 4, 2026).
Reception
Critics rate it highly. OpenCritic gives a Top Critic Average of 85 with 89% of critics recommending it, from 85 reviews, and the label "Mighty" (OpenCritic, checked Oct 24, 2026). On Metacritic it scores 86 on PlayStation 5 (51 reviews), 86 on Xbox Series X (5), 83 on PC (19) and 82 on Switch 2 (35) (Metacritic, checked Oct 24, 2026), and Famitsu's four reviewers gave it 36 out of 40 (GAMES.GG, Oct 15, 2026). Reviewers praised the turn-based combat, the Visions, the HD-2D art and the music, and faulted a predictable story and the late-game pacing (Nintendo Life, Oct 2026).
Players agree: 97% of 1,639 Steam user reviews are positive (Steam, Oct 25, 2026). SteamDB counted a launch-day peak of 27,933 players at once, the second-biggest Steam launch of any Square Enix turn-based RPG, GamesRadar reports (GamesRadar+, Oct 23, 2026), and by the weekend Steam itself counted 30,014 (Steam Web API, Oct 25, 2026); its first weekend then set the all-time peak, 42,885 players at once on Oct 25, 2026 (SteamDB, read Oct 25, 2026), which the chart at the top of this page shows hour by hour. Square Enix has announced no sales figures as of Oct 25, 2026. The scores and what critics said are on Reviews and Reception.
Brave Exvius, staff and music
In his launch-day message, Nakashima thanks players "whether you are former Brave Exvius player, a long time Final Fantasy fan, or new fan who enjoyed the latest Final Fantasy Resonance demo", and calls making the first HD-2D Final Fantasy "both exciting and humbling". Final Fantasy Brave Exvius, the mobile RPG that Alim developed for Square Enix, launched in Japan on Oct 22, 2015 and worldwide on Jun 29, 2016; its global service closed on Oct 30, 2024 (RPG Site, Aug 30, 2024), and the Japanese one on Oct 31, 2025 (Siliconera, Aug 25, 2025). Nakashima, who had been an assistant producer on Brave Exvius, told Automaton it "would be a shame for such a wonderful game to become unplayable via mobile"; Brave Exvius's original writer, Yukinori Kitajima, rewrote the script (Automaton, Jun 10, 2026). See Brave Exvius Connection.
The game is directed by Hiroto Furuya, who directed Another Eden, and co-developed by Lancarse (Inven Global, Sep 3, 2026; Steam); GamesRadar credits Square Enix Creative Studio 5 alongside Lancarse (GamesRadar+, Oct 20, 2026), and Kotaku names Team Asano, the team behind Octopath Traveler (Kotaku, Sep 3, 2026). Yoshitaka Amano drew the logo illustration (Steam). Development tells the story of how it was made.
The music is by Elements Garden, led by Noriyasu Agematsu: 33 new tracks alongside Brave Exvius's music (RPG Site, Jun 13, 2026). The image song is "INSIDE" by WurtS, credited on screen in the Tokyo Game Show Trailer as the party walks between stone statues toward a lake (4Gamer, Sep 17, 2026). The original soundtrack, on 4 discs with 120 tracks, is due on Oct 28, 2026 (RPG Site, Aug 24, 2026; Music and Soundtrack).
Where to start
New players should read the Beginner's Guide and Best Early Choices (which Vision to take first in Mitra, what to buy), then follow the Walkthrough chapter by chapter, starting with the Chapter 1 Walkthrough. For grinding, see EXP, Gil and MRP Farming; for the endgame, Ultima Weapon and the Achievements and Trophies.

Gameplay
- Abilities, AP and Mastery Rank
In Final Fantasy Resonance a character learns abilities from the Vision they equip as its Mastery Rank rises from 0 to 9 with MRP from battles; learned abilities stay with that character and are equipped within an AP budget that grows with Mastery Rank, while Magicite awakens a Vision to three stars for stronger skills.
- Chocobo and Airship
In Final Fantasy Resonance you get a chocobo for free in Chapter 1, from the Chocobo Stablehand in the Village of Kol after a night at the inn, and the airship at the turn of Chapter 4 into Chapter 5, after Dr. Lazarov falls; the chocobo speeds up world map travel, and the airship opens the whole world, with a shop, a save point and a treasure radar on board.
- Combat
Final Fantasy Resonance uses classic turn-based battles with a turn timeline: hit an enemy's weaknesses to empty its stagger gauge, which cancels its turn and gives the attacker a Bonus Phase, and stagger every enemy at once for a Sweeping Stagger, an extra action for the whole party and a Vision's Resonance attack.
- Crafting and Adamantite
Crafting in Final Fantasy Resonance means Aileen the weaponsmith forging one ultimate weapon per party member, eight in all, each from one Adamantite; she opens after the sub quest "Forger of Wills" in Dilmagia and works on the airship deck, and the eight Adamantite come from the Colosseum (three), the Merchant Ship (35,000 gil), the Oblivion Palace (80 and 89 Tablet Shards), the airship's treasure radar and a chest on the Rugged Mountain Path.
- Espers
Final Fantasy Resonance has 9 Espers, summoned by Fina for 50 MP: Siren, Ramuh, Carbuncle, Titan, Ifrit, Shiva, Leviathan, Odin and Bahamut. Siren joins with the story in Chapter 1; the other eight are found in Chapters 2 to 7, and all but Carbuncle must be beaten first.
- Visions
Final Fantasy Resonance has 26 Visions, crystallized heroes that each party member equips one at a time for stats, abilities and a Resonance attack. 17 are heroes from earlier Final Fantasy games, from the Warrior of Light to Clive, and 9 are originals; all 26 come from Chapters 1 to 7 and none can be missed.
Beginner Guides
- Beginner's Guide
To start well in Final Fantasy Resonance, give every party member a Vision and keep swapping them to learn their abilities, find each enemy's weakness with Libra and stagger it before it acts, keep a healer in the party, pick up the glowing Tablet Shards for the Oblivion Palace, search off-screen paths for chests, and change the difficulty whenever you like.
- Best Early Choices
In Final Fantasy Resonance's first two chapters, take Warrior of Light for Rain, Cloud for Lasswell and Leah for Fina, awaken Leah then Cloud first, grab the free Flamberge, Iwakirimaru and the hidden Black Garb before buying gear, choose Strength for Rain and MP for Fina in the dialogue choices, do every Chapter 1 sub quest, turn 12 Tablet Shards into the Stagger Ring, and claim your purchase bonuses from the postbox by the inn in Mitra.
- Difficulty Settings
Final Fantasy Resonance has three difficulty settings, Casual, Normal and Expert, and you can switch between them at any time under Options, Gameplay. Expert makes enemies stronger but awards more MRP for leveling Visions, and no trophy or achievement depends on difficulty.
- EXP, Gil and MRP Farming
The best early EXP farm in Final Fantasy Resonance is the Metal Minituar near the Dwarven Forge on Dirnado, the best early MRP farm is the Cactuar in Zoldaad's southern desert (Chapter 4, 220 MRP a fight), and gil comes fastest from Gil Snappers, Overkill finishes and Vaan's Double Gil; end fights with a Stagger Finish for more MRP and take no damage for more EXP.
- Missables
Final Fantasy Resonance has almost nothing you can miss: no achievement is missable, every Vision, Esper, Cave Master, Tablet Shard and Legendary Arm stays available in free roam after the story, and a clear save puts you back before the final boss. The exceptions sources name are chests in one-time dungeons such as Grandshelt Castle, the Citrine Pot fight in Siren's Tower, permanent dialogue stat choices, a few rare steals past the point of no return, and (by Game8's account) the Genji Gloves.
Boss Guides
- Bosses
Every story boss in Final Fantasy Resonance by chapter, with its weakness and, where a source or the game's own unit info gives them, its level and HP: from Belmodar (level 4, weak to Fire and Dark) in Chapter 1 to the two-part final boss of Chapter 8 (part 1 weak to Light). Stagger bosses before their Limit Bursts, hit the listed weakness, and kill minions first.
- Gilgamesh
Gilgamesh is Final Fantasy Resonance's recurring optional rival. He steals the Genji Gloves in an unwinnable Chapter 1 fight in Siren's Tower, you meet him again at Waterfall Way and Timber Tracks, then fight him on the airship deck from Chapter 5, which starts the Battle at the Big Bridge sub quest and its final bridge fight for the Genji Armor.
- Sephiroth
Sephiroth is an optional boss and Vision in Final Fantasy Resonance, fought in Whirlpool Hollow northeast of the Village of Kol once you have the airship in Chapter 5. He is listed at level 45 with 250,000 HP in three phases, but guides suggest level 60 or more; beating him gives the Sephiroth Vision and a Magicite Cryst.
- Ultima Weapon
Ultima Weapon is Final Fantasy Resonance's post-game superboss, a level 70 foe with about 3.9 million HP at Ardra Crater in the southeast, reached by airship after you load your clear save. PowerPyx beat it at around level 60 with Dualcast Ultima, Reraise and Sakura's Eternal Veil against Ultima Beam; it drops the Ultima Reactor and unlocks the Gold trophy My Name Is Ultima....
Combat Guides
- Best Party and Builds
The guide sites' best Final Fantasy Resonance party is Rain as the tank, Lasswell as the breaker, Fina as the healer and a fourth member for damage or buffs (Lid early, then Nichol or Sakura), with Warrior of Light on Rain, Cloud on Lasswell and Leah on Fina to start; DualShockers ranks Rain, Lasswell and Nichol the three best party members.
- Best Visions
The Vision every major tier list in Final Fantasy Resonance puts at the top is Bartz, followed by Terra; Game8 and DualShockers also rank Sephiroth and Y'shtola highest, and Destructoid favors Cloud, Squall, Shantotto and Tronn. Firion's Arms Akimbo, two actions a turn, is the ability guides most want on everyone.
Completion Guides
- Achievements and Trophies
Final Fantasy Resonance has 40 achievements on Steam and Xbox and 40 trophies on PlayStation (1 Platinum, 4 Gold, 7 Silver, 28 Bronze). None is missable or online, difficulty does not matter, and PowerPyx estimates 50 to 60 hours for the Platinum, Ultimate Fantasy, in one playthrough; the hardest is beating Ultima Weapon.
- Cave Masters
Final Fantasy Resonance has 15 Cave Masters, optional bosses in small caves across Lapis, from the Marauder (level 15) in Grandshelt to the Tartarosaurus, Titanoraidos and Malboro Menace in the Kingdom of Pharm. Each drops Magicite for awakening Visions, and beating all 15 unlocks the Gold trophy The Harder They Fall.
- Chamber of Arms
The Chamber of Arms is Final Fantasy Resonance's hall of the 12 Legendary Arms, on a mountainous island northwest of Dirnado that you reach by airship from Chapter 5. Find each "Ancient" item (from chests, the Colosseum, Oblivion Palace, merchant ships and an NPC), then beat the level 50 guardian sealed in its pedestal to turn it into a Legendary Arm such as Ragnarok or the Artemis Bow; level 75 rematches give "+" versions.
- Colosseum
Final Fantasy Resonance's Colosseum opens in Chapter 4 in Grandshelt, the Royal Capital, with four leagues of five fights each: Fledgling (levels 25 to 32, Gaia Hammer), Brawler (Chapter 5, 40 to 48), Gladiator (Chapter 8, 55 to 70) and Champion (75 to 99, ending with Omega). The first three leagues each unlock an achievement; the Champion League is optional.

It has 8 Tablet Shards and leads straight into the final chapter.

After the credits a clear save puts you back before the final boss with the whole world open.

Story and Characters
- Brave Exvius Connection
Final Fantasy Resonance retells the first season of the mobile game Final Fantasy Brave Exvius (2015 to 2025), rebuilt for consoles with a rewritten script, a world map, no gacha and 26 Visions as fixed companions; it is a reimagining rather than a port, and you do not need to have played Brave Exvius.
- Characters
Final Fantasy Resonance has eight party members: Rain (Sentinel), Lasswell (Breaker), Fina (Medic), Lid, Jake and Sakura (Commandos), Nichol (Synergist) and Archwitch Fina (Saboteur). All join through the story between the start and Chapter 5, four fight at a time, and every one is voiced in English and Japanese.
- Story
Final Fantasy Resonance follows Rain, a young knight of Grandshelt, who sets out with his friend Lasswell and the amnesiac girl Fina to protect the world's Crystals after the armored Veritas of the Dark shatters the Earth Crystal; the tale runs through a prologue and eight chapters and ends with a full resolution, not a cliffhanger.
World
- World of Lapis
Final Fantasy Resonance is set on Lapis, a world of Crystals whose regions open one per chapter: the Kingdom of Grandshelt, Dirnado the Continent of Wind, the Olderion Federation, the Zoldaad Empire, Mysidia, Gronoa and the Kingdom of Pharm, crossed on foot, by chocobo, boat, train and from Chapter 5 by airship.
